LLC Requirements

• EIN Letter from the IRS, or another federal doc showing EIN
• Operating Agreement
  • (if none available, a letter, signed & dated by all members, stating % ownership of the LLC)
• Current Certificate of Good Standing from the Colorado Secretary of State
• Articles of Organization (CO SoS)
• Statement of Trade Name (CO SoS) (if applicable)

Authorized Signer/Beneficial Owner Requirements

• Completed CIP (or equivalent info on file for current customers), returned in person if not a current customer
• Valid government photo ID
• Must not have accounts in bad standing at other financial institutions

Corporation Requirements

• EIN Letter from the IRS, or another federal doc showing EIN
• Corporate Banking Resolution by the board
  • Authorizing establishment of the account
  • Designating authorized signers
• Current Certificate of Good Standing from the Colorado Secretary of State
• Bylaws or other document showing ownership %
• Statement of Trade Name (CO SoS) (if applicable)

Corporation Requirements

• Beneficial Owner info
  • Name, CIP for anyone who owns 25% of shares or more
• Completed CIP (or equivalent info on file for current customers), returned in person if not a current customer
• Valid government photo ID
• Must not have accounts in bad standing at other financial institutions

Organization Requirements

• EIN Letter from the IRS, or another federal doc showing EIN
• Current Certificate of Good Standing from the Colorado Secretary of State
• Resolution by the organization's board
  • Authorizing establishment of the account
  • Designating authorized signers

Authorized Signer Requirements

• Completed CIP (or equivalent info on file for current customers), returned in person if not a current customer
• Valid government photo ID
• Must not have accounts in bad standing at other financial institutions
